In a virtual reality version of Rise & Nye’s coffee and ice cream shop, employees with intellectual and developmental disabilities are given the opportunity to train in the shop before even stepping foot in the physical location. The partnership cultivates a space for inclusion, acceptance, and opportunities for all.
