It really is meant for people to come in and let loose and feel really casual, like they can have fun with more upscale service.
And of course, with the draft coming in town, I think we're going to have a lot of guests coming in.
We're extending our brunch hours, which I think will draw a lot of people early.
We are partnering with Iron City Beer, which is a classic Pittsburgh beer, and you get a shot, which would be really fun.
Just a nice way to kick it off, if you're interested in a libation before you head down on North Shore.
We're also doing a black and gold cocktail, which is going to be just a homage to the Steelers.
So this is our featured old fashion.
This is going to be a apple butter old fashioned.
So we make apple butter syrup in-house.
And then it's just touched with a little bit of layered straight apple brandy.
So it just bumps it up and makes it a little bit boozier.
We like boozy cocktails here, so.
Next cocktail we're going to make is our Beanie Teeny.
It is one of our top sellers.
It is our version of Espresso Martini.
We call it a Beanie Teeny because we use cold brew instead of espresso, and I think that it just makes it a little bit less bitter to me.
Just an easy drinker.
Classic vanilla vodka.
And I don't think anyone can be finished unless you have a couple of beans.
So our next one is a classic on our menu.
It probably dropped on our menu, I want to say like two years ago now.
And it's just become really popular and it's a staple.
So this is our Man on the Wing of the Plane.
Its a play off of a classic paper plane.
So it is going to be a bourbon based cocktail.
If you're generally not a bourbon lover, I would say try this drink, and it'll change your mind.
This is again, a very easy drinking cocktail.
It is very refreshing and it gets topped with a little plane.
And then the last cocktails actually, a little sneak peak to our spring menu.
That's coming out.
We infused tequila with jalapeno.
So it's going to be a house infused, jalapeno tequila.
And it's a watermelon strawberry margarita.
So just simple, drinkable, juicy.
Yep.
We have a really robust brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
We're doing Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday for the draft weekend, which is going to be really exciting.
And we also have a very wide range of menu items.
So if you're interested in a salad, we can do that for you.
If you like a steak option, we have heartier choices and we also have pasta dishes.
So we kind of run the gamut for our menu.
So it's not like, oh, we're just going to go get a steak and potato.
I think it's nice because you don't have to pinpoint what you're going out for specifically.
We are extremely allergy and vegetarian vegan friendly.
So everything is on our menu, but also our servers do ask every single time that you sit down, do you have any allergies or aversions to anything.
And we do our very, very best to make sure we have gluten free, dairy free, vegan vegetarian items.
Actually, amongst the staff right now is a favorite, which is our spaghetti squash, which comes with an Alfredo sauce, chickpeas, a little bit of spinach and arugula.
And it's a really awesome like warm vegetarian dish that guests can come in and enjoy.
I would say for draft weekend, also extending happy hour hours as well.
So we're going to do 3:30 to 6:30.
So you're going to be able to capture a little bit of a half an hour prior to or a half an hour later, the bar and we have some really excellent happy hour specials already that we offer, and we're just extending that offering for a little bit longer.
So instead of feeling like that stuffy feeling sometimes of going out to eat, we like it to be almost like an adult funhouse.
So you can come in, have drinks, maybe do a sham bong, who knows, and just have fun.
