THE INGREDIENTS ARE, TWO 15 OUNCE CANS OF CHICKPEAS, TWO TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL, 18 OF A TEASPOON OF TURMERIC, CINNAMON, QUARTER TEASPOON OF GROUND CUMIN, QUARTER TEASPOON, GROUND CORIANDER SEED, A QUARTER TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER, HALF A TEASPOON OF SMOKE RICA, GARLIC POWDER, HALF A TEASPOON OF OREGANO, HALF A TEASPOON OF SEA SALT, FOR THE SANDWICHES, FOUR PITAS, FOUR CUPS OF HUMMUS, ONE CUP OF TOMATOES, OLIVES, FRESH PARSLEY, HALF A CUP OF FETA CHEESE, RED ONION AND A QUARTER CUP OF TZATZIKI.

MORE, WE DO THAT ONCE A YEAR, OR, WE PARTNER WITH AN ORGANIZATION, SOMETHING BIGGER THAN OURS, WE HAVE DONE WOSU, SHORT NORTH STAGE, CONCERTS, THAT ARE PRETTY LARGE.
15, 23 PEOPLE CONCERTS WITH ALL ORIGINAL STUFF.
WE ARE TRYING TO BUILD THAT COLUMBUS BODY OF WORK.
THAT IS THE KIND OF THING THAT WE DO.

FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED THAT, THAT IS UNIQUE AND WONDERFUL.

WE SHOULD GET STARTED.
PUPPIES CHICKPEAS IN OUR BIG BOWL.
WE HAVE ALREADY DRAINED THEM, RINSE THEM, PATTED THEM DRY.
ADD THE OLIVE OIL.
YOU CAN MIX AND I WILL SPRINKLE IN THE SEASONINGS.
WE WILL GET THESE IN HERE.
YOU JUST WANT TO SPREAD THEM OUT SO THEY ARE IN AN EVEN LAYER.
THE OVEN IS PREHEATED AT 400 DEGREES AND WE WILL KEEP AN EYE ON THEM UNTIL THEY GET CRISPY.
PRETTY SIMPLE.
YOU COULD STOP THERE AND SNACK ON THEM BUT WE WILL GO FURTHER.

>> WE HAVE A PERMANENT COLLECTION OF ART, ME GOING OUT TO OTHER SHOWS, EXHIBITS, GALLERIES, AND BUYING PHYSICAL ART BY COLUMBUS ARTISTS.
WE HAVE AN ORIGINAL AMINO COME ALL KINDS OF THINGS.
WE HAVE ARTISTS AND RESIDENTS WHO ROTATE IN AND OUT.
WE DO LONG RESIDENCIES WITH OUR ARTISTS SO THEY CAN SETTLE IN AND REALLY WORK ON --WE ARE BIG ON BODIES OF WORK.
WE TRIED TO GIVE THEM ENOUGH TIME TO DO THAT.
WE PUT THAT ON DISPLAY.
WE HAVE A GALLERY.
IN WHICH WE WILL PUT MAYBE ONE TO THREE SHOWS PER YEAR.
BECAUSE WE ARE NOT OPEN AS MANY DAYS AS A LOT OF PEOPLE, WE KEEP OUR EXHIBITS LONGER.
WHILE YOU ARE AT ANY EVENT, OUR GALLERY IS ALWAYS OPEN AND YOU ARE ALWAYS EXPERIENCING THE PERMANENT ART, THE EXHIBITED ART, ALWAYS HAPPENING.
>> HOW DO YOU GO ABOUT FINDING NEW COLUMBUS ARTISTS?
MAYBE NOT EVERYONE IS FAMILIAR WITH?
>> IMPORTANT, AS THE CURATOR, TO GO TO AS MANY OF EVENTS, OPENINGS, GALLERIES, TRY TO SEE WHO IS DOING WHAT.
AND BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH INSTITUTIONS LIKE THE MUSEUM.
I JUST KEEP MY EAR TO THE GROUND.
THAT IS HOW PEOPLE KNOW TO COME TO ME.

THE EXHIBIT THEY CANNOT PUT ON ANYWHERE ELSE.
