NJ Realtors president on declining home sales, what it means for buyers and sellers
The housing market is hitting another speed bump, adding to growing concerns about a potential crash. The latest monthly report from New Jersey Realtors shows existing home sales dropped nationwide for the eighth month in a row. According to the National Association of Realtors, that’s a 24% decline from the same time last year. Robert White, president of New Jersey Realtors shares his thoughts.
