We're from New London Spicer, Minnesota.
Well, actually, we're two towns together because we're that small as a team This season we put in over 1000 hours is a very small team.
I think the most challenging part about our small robot was finding a way to fit all of our components inside that small space.
We are Team 1816, the Green Machine, and this is our Robot zero.
We are right out of Edina, Minnesota.
And we were one of the oldest teams in Minnesota.
A lot of our technical mentors are female, which is really important to us.
We did it a little bit differently this year and so there was some concern that we wouldn't get it done in time.
Yeah, that we spent a lot of time prototyping to find the best design for a robot before we built it.
We are very happy with the results.
Yeah, it's a lot more productive too, because we know exactly what we're doing.
We're actually assembling the robot.
Team 4511, Power Amplified from Providence Academy in Plymouth, MN.
We did a lot of brainstorming, went through a lot of different ideas and iterations, spent a lot of time prototyping, which we really think is worth it because we figure out what works, what doesn't.
We drive, tank drive, and then we grab the cone or the cube and pick it up and drag it all the way up to the top.
And we can score in any of the three scoring areas.
