Republican Sen. Ron Johnson joins us to discuss the Senate stalemate over voting to repeal and replace Obamacare and why he was not ready to vote. Rather than just repealing the Affordable Care Act, Johnson says he wants to “transition to a system that actually works." Democratic Sen. Tammy Baldwin provided us a statement, stressing, "The Senate repeal plan will leave millions of families behind.”
