Vermont can now claim the nation's only "independent" builder of highly specialized "rough-terrain" carts and carriages. The horse industry is currently the third largest agricultural industry in Vermont. Given the prominence of "agri-biz" in our state, anything relating to the promotion of equine activity is of substantial importance.
