Daniel Stancil is the Head of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at North Carolina State University. NC State has partnered with IBM to create the IBM Q Hub, which is the center for quantum computing at the university. Stancil describes the difference between classic and quantum mechanics. He addresses the RTP 180 event at The Frontier in Research Triangle Park, NC.
