Prime rib of beef is rich and delicious. A slow roasted meat, prime rib is tender and can be sliced into thick steaks or thin layers of beautifully presented meat. With a horseradish sauce or a Dijon horseradish cream on the side, this entrée makes the perfect holiday centerpiece to any table but it is also a family favorite all year long.
