Democratic Gov. Steve Bullock delivered an emphatic state of the state address to the Republican-led legislature this week, calling for bipartisanship to craft a balanced budget and fund state services. Speaker Austin Knudsen delivered the GOP response, saying there's been a "lack of leadership" from Bullock and blaming him for the state's financial woes.
