South Side Mission relied heavily on food donations from The Fresh Market to provide nourishment to clients. Goodwill Industries of Central Illinois depended on Bergner’s for donated clothing to sell in their shops. The leaders of both organizations discuss how they plan to make up for the lost contributions now that The Fresh Market and Bergner’s have closed.
