Many residents are growing increasingly frustrated with NJ's unemployment office.
Many New Jersey residents are growing increasingly frustrated as they wait to hear back from the state's unemployment office after filing for benefits. Because of so many layoffs, the state unemployment office is flooded with new claims. It's staffing up, but still hampered by dated technology. For claimants who are out of work and without pay, the situation is causing anxiety and fear.
