Marcia Franklin talks with author and historian Douglas Brinkley about his book about Theodore Roosevelt, “Wilderness Warrior.” The work chronicles Roosevelt’s passion for setting aside huge tracts of land for national forests, parks and wildlife refuges, including nearly 20 national forests in Idaho. The two also discuss some of Brinkley’s other works, including a book about Hurricane Katrina.
