While Millennials and Gen Z-ers are changing jobs with greater frequency than their parents or grandparents ever did-- mature workers are starting a new trend of their own. Many in their late forties and fifties are abandoning their long-time careers to chase a long-held dream job. What are the factors spurring this new pursuit of happiness?
