the biggest part about a film festival is putting together the films, putting together the we had 350 films submitted to us outside of the f we invited to play in our festiv And so the first step is we take a look at those 350 plus and we actually recruit a screen team of both local and non-local volunteers to help us go through all of the and we created this rubric to set a standard of what we wan what we're looking for in our fe from there, we work together as to highlight which films go within each block For example, we have a short blog called Our and those are all of the films that were either shot in the state of Minnesota or from Minnesota filmmakers.

film festivals are a place where you can come together and enjoy something in the same that you otherwise wouldn't share a space with with a strang I think it's a great it's just a great safe space to reall and challenge narratives and see through a different lens.
