President Joe Biden was scheduled to meet with NATO allies Friday to discuss the international response to any Russian advancement on Ukraine. Meanwhile, Congress is weighing how to respond to Russia’s aggression, with senior New Jersey Sen. Bob Menendez (D) introducing legislation that would trigger tough economic sanctions should Russia invade.
