An open house and ribbon cutting was held yesterday to show off the new space located in the hub development of Lovers Lane and Bowling Green.
It follows a fire last summer at his former office, which is in a historic building downtown.
Senator Paul says he lost hundreds of books in the fire.
The state office offers services, including help with federal agencies and requesting disaster relief.
He says much of what they do involves helping with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
The VA is has, you know, good service in a lot of ways, but sometimes it has a bureaucracy and red tape.
People either be denied care and have to wait too long or they have someone who can't get in.
And so we try to cut through that red tape to get people into the hospital or into a VA clinic if they need it.
Paul says his office can also help you get a passport and a travel visa for relatives who live outside the country.
We asked the senator's perspective on the presidential race as Vice president Kamala Harris has given the Green Democratic Party a boost in polls against former President Donald Trump.
I think the problem will be for Kamala Harris is that she's so far to the left, she's farther left than Bernie Sanders.
I mean, she's against fracking.
She's against automobiles.
I mean, she's against things that really ordinary Americans find bizarre.
I mean, three, four, maybe 5 million people work in the oil industry.
The number one thing that has reduced the carbon footprint of America has been fracking.
Fracking reduced carbon footprint of America like 15, 20% over a five year period.
So it's hard to understand people that would just sort of ban something like fracking.
And now she's trying to say that's no longer her position.
Elimination of internal combustion cars.
I mean, there's a lot of propositions that people just aren't really in favor of.
Senator Paul is scheduled to give the opening convocation at Kentucky Wesleyan College tomorrow.
