Theater is back and raring to go this fall.
The Tony-nominated play, "What the Constitution Means to Me," is coming to Seattle Rep starting September 30th.
Playwright Heidi Shrek, who grew up in Wenatchee reveals how the constitution directly impacted women in her family including her own decision to have an abortion at 21 years old.
Starting October 28th, "The Amen Corner" will be on stage in Seattle for the first time ever at the Langston Hughes Performing Arts Institute.
Set in a Harlem church, this 1954 play was the first work James Baldwin wrote for the stage.
And coming to the Paramount in November, "Jagged Little Pill" is the musical based on the 1995 album by Canadian rocker, Alanis Morissette and tickets are selling fast.
