There's a special time of the year when art aficionados, book connoisseurs, and theater buffs across the country clamor to find out what's coming up in the world of arts.
Here in Seattle, the art scene is already abuzz.
Think of fall art season like back to school for museums, theaters and art spaces from New York to Seattle.
In the Northwest, we're lucky to have a rich roster of fall arts' options.
Arts' organizations are debuting their new lineups and most anticipated shows of the upcoming season, ranging from new exhibits by legendary artists to dance performances to world premiere plays.
This month, playwright Andrew Lee Creech debuts his new work at Taproot Theatre.
"Last Drive to Dodge" is about black cowboys in 19th century Texas that's relevant to today's Seattle.
- Went into town last night, had the blacksmith make me up my own brand.
- It runs September 20th through October 21st.
