#### 20 percent of Kentuckians say they definitely won't, or probably won't, get the COVID vaccination.
The poll is from the Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky.
In February and March, 29 percent said they were unlikely to get the vaccine.
#### 138 of Kentucky's 171 school districts now say they will require masks.
Three say masks will be optional.
They are: Science Hill, Burgin, and Gallatin County.
Governor Beshear says those three districts are directly endangering students and staff.
#### Franklin Circuit Court heard arguments today about the school choice law passed earlier this year.
The new law creates education opportunity accounts Kentucky students could use to help fund private school tuition.
Judge Phillip Shepherd says he will try to issue a ruling by October 11.
