#### Kentucky's school districts have made their decisions about masks, as the statewide mandate ends.
165 of the 171 districts will require masks.
Six will make masks optional: Gallatin, Mercer, Hickman, and Clinton Counties, and Burgin Independent and Science Hill.
#### Kentucky's COVID case number topped 51-hundred today, with 45 more deaths.
#### Senate President Robert Stivers criticized Governor Beshear after the governor said the General Assembly "punted" when it turned mask decisions back to local school districts.
Stivers said lawmakers believed local districts were in a better position to make those decisions.
