Governor Cox talks about Covid vaccine mandates, drought, and the death penalty.

Governor Cox said he would block any sort of legislation blocking businesses from mandating employees to get a Covid-19 vaccination. At his monthly news conference, Cox also spoke on the drought and said monsoonal moisture over the summer has helped our dire situation a little bit, but we should continue to try to conserve water. He also said he's reevaluating his support of the death penalty.
