#### Kentucky has more than four-thousand new COVID cases today, with 44 more deaths.
The positivity rate is at 11-point-33 percent.
#### Governor Beshear says he thinks the positivity rate and hospital numbers have plateaued.
He says 64 of Kentucky's 96 hospitals are still critical on staffing.
Right now, 505 members of the Kentucky National Guard are helping out at 25 of Kentucky's hospitals.
#### The state says unemployment declined in all 120 Kentucky counties, from August of 2020 to August of 2021.
Oldham County had the lowest unemployment rate last month, at two-point-seven percent.
Magoffin County had the highest, at ten-point-four.
