THEY DON'T RESONATE WITH REPUBLICANS OR INDEPENDENTS HERE IN COLORADO.
HIS RECORDS ON A WHOLE HOST OF THINGS IS GONG TO GET HIM IN TROUBLE.

WITH THIS SUPREME COURT AND THIS MAKE UP AND WHAT THEY DID WITH THE DOBBS DECISION.
THIS CASE REALLY LENDS ITSELF TO SOME REALLY BROAD RANGING SWEEPING DECISION THAT AS DENISE POINTED OUT COULD UNDERCUT LEGISLATION AND EVERY STATE THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY.
THAT HAS MANY PEOPLE WORRIED.
PARTICULARLY WHEN YOU ARE BASICALLY SAYING IF YOU HAVE A PRIVATE BUSINESS YOU CAN TREAT PEOPLE HOWEVER YOU WANT TO IN TERMS WHAT SERVICES YOU DO OR DON'T OFFER FOR ANY OTHER REASON.
THIS IS A FIRST AMENDMENT CASE.

>> IF YOU ARE CONTRACT FOR HIRE PRESUMABLY TO YOU HAVE TO FOCUS ON ANYTHING.
I DON'T SEE THEM PLACING ADS ON WESTWORD.
YOU GET INTO THOSE ISSUES FROM THIS.
YOU CAN EXTRAPOLATE HOW TRICKY THINGS CAN GET.
COLORADO GOT THE REPUTATION OF BEING THE HATE STATE.
WE PASSED THE AMENDMENT THAT DIDN'T ALLOW TO GUARANTEE EQUAL RIGHTS FOR GAY THAT WAS OVERTURNED FROM THE SUPREME COURT.
SO WE CAN COME UP WITH THAT REPUTATION YET AGAIN DEPENDING ON HOW THIS GOES.

IN DENVER NOW, THE AVERAGE RENT FOR ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT IS ALMOST $1,700 A MONTH.
YOU GOT TO EARN ROUGHLY $56,000 A YEAR.
A STUDIO IS ALMOST $1,500 A MONTH.
YOU HAVE TO EARN ALMOST $50,000 A MONTH.
A THREE BEDROOM IS $2,800.
PRICES ARE COMING DOWN.
THEY HAVE BEEN ASTRONOMICAL FOR YEARS.
SO IF YOU ARE A HOME BUYER AND YOU HOMEOWNER OVER THE LONG-TERM PRICES ARE GOING TO RISE AGAIN.
IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET INTO THE MARKET, I HOPE YOU TOOK CARE OF DEBT PROFILE.
GET IN NOW WHILE RATES ARE CLIMBING BEFORE THEY CLIMB TOO HIGH.
>> DENVER NEEDS ABOUT 50,000 HOUSING UNITS TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE HAS A PLACE TO CALL THEIR OWN.
IS THIS A SIGN OF HOPE THAT THE MARKET MIGHT BE ABLE TO PRODUCE THAT.

WE ARE LIKELY GOING TO BE WORSE OFF THAN OUR PARENTS.
WE CAN'T LOOK TO $5,000.
WE GOT TO MAKE COLLEGE MORE AFFORDABLE.
UNTIL WE DO THAT WE WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT AFFORDABLE HOUSING.

WHAT IS AMAZING ABOUT DENVER.
PEOPLE ARE LEAVING THIS CITY.
WE SEE THESE APARTMENT BUILDINGS GOING UP.
THEY ARE STILL GOING UP.
IS IT JUST THAT WE LOST EVERYTHING IN THE MIDDLE AND BELOW FOR PEOPLE WHO REALLY NEED HOUSING?

TRY TO BRING MORE REALITY AND COMMON SENSE TO HOME PRICES.
NOT NEARLY AS IT NEEDS TO GO.
WHEN I WAS TALKING ABOUT ONE OF THE CAUSES OF CRIME AND ONE OF THE CAUSES OF INDIVIDUALS THAT ARE -- WE HAVE A LARGER HOMELESS POPULATION HAVE TO DO WITH UNAFFORDABILITY OF HOMES.
THERE IS A BIG BIG HOUSING INSECURITY.
WE NEED TO ADDRESS IT.
I THINK LOOKING AT OFFICE SPACE IS SMART.

ALLOWING INDIVIDUALS TO CREATE EQUITY.
