Researchers at the Watershed Institute study climate, a rise in tick related illnesses.
The Adirondack Watershed Institute at Paul Smith’s College has taken over the Adirondack Long Term Monitoring program this summer, helping scientists determine how much of an impact global warming is having on our environment. Also, growing worries the warmer temperatures are helping to boost the population of ticks in Northern New York and the Adirondacks.
