#### On day three of the Kentucky General Assembly's special session, the Senate and House passed senate bill one, which ends a statewide mask mandate for public schools but allows local school districts to make their own decisions on masks.
#### Governor Beshear says 60 of Kentucky's 96 hospitals face critical staffing shortages.
He's ordering 310 members of the National Guard to help with logistics and administration at 21 hospitals, for a period of up to two weeks.
Guard members are already helping at four hospitals.
#### President Biden today announced new federal vaccination requirements.
He is ordering all businesses, with more than 100 employees, to require vaccinations or tests.
And he will require all health care workers to receive vaccinations - if they work in a facility receiving Medicare or Medicaid funding.
