NJ aims for more shared services agreements

Officials are urging more local governments to look into shared services to save money.

Lt. Gov. Sheila Oliver and the Department of Community Affairs are urging more local governments to explore opportunities to share services and save taxpayers money. The state says COVID-19 forced a lot of it this year. Now, it wants to see more not forced by a public health emergency.
