A Kentucky sheriff is accused of shooting and killing a judge in Letcher County.

Letcher County Sheriff Mickey Stines is accused of killing District Judge Kevin Mullins. The shooting happened inside the courthouse following an argument between the two. KSP says Stines was arrested without incident.
