Alan Schoenberger of Stowe was a world-class freestyle skiing champion, specializing in ski ballet. His run-in with the orthodoxy of his sport led to his retirement from sanctioned skiing to the creation of a unique and very personal version of ski ballet. Alan has combined dance, pantomime and freestyle skiing forms in the production of a touring one-man show entitled 'The Skiing Mime.'
