After listening to the residents of the Globeville, Elyria-Swansea neighborhoods of Denver, she founded Comal Heritage Food Incubator in 2017. Park describes Comal as a place for aspiring entrepreneurs to learn the skills that they need to launch their own small businesses as well as a place for the community to gather and get to know each other taking part in cross cultural connection.
