Nearly three months after Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico, the island is generating electricity at about 65 percent capacity. A new interactive report from the Washington Post takes a close look at how the shortage of electricity continues to dramatically impact life for the 3.4 million U.S. citizens who live there.
