It's pretty intense, but [laughs] that song hopefully will be coming out sometime this year.
I'm working on a new album right now with my full band and a couple of, maybe, some solo songs.
So it may be a split record between myself and my band.
We're just gonna get weird, you know?
[chuckles] - Alexa?
Alexa and I have crossed paths a few times in Nashville, luckily.
And I remember she played that song "Pale Golden Flowers" at a songwriters circle that we kind of both attended and it, like, wrapped me up in a cloud, just like it did tonight.
So beautiful.
- That's how I feel about you.
Thanks.
[laughs] - Thanks so much for, like, being here and sharing your songs.
- I'm glad we're crossing paths now, too.
- Yeah.
And Darby is new for me and she's been so refreshing and so awesome, and she made Alexa and I, you know, citizens of Babe Town, so, yeah.
[Alexa and Darby laugh] - [Darby] Yeah, all you out there, you can be citizens of Babe Town, too, as long as you're a babe who supports babes.
- That was a Babe Town plug.
[Alexa giggles] - [Darby] Yeah, and it's a non-gendered thing.
Anybody can be a babe, if you're a babe who sports babes, you know?
