The city of St. Paul is trying to move the capitol city's famed St. Patrick's Day Parade away from the 17th to the nearest Saturday. The proposal has its fans and its critics. Jeff Schmidt with the Parade organization and Lisa Conway with the Irish Music and Dance Association want to keep the parade on the 17th.
