The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control could grow under the proposal.

State Rep. Matthew Koch says lawmakers may consider creating a new division within the Department for Alcoholic Beverage Control, or ABC. He says ABC already regulates cannabis-infused drinks, but he says there may be need to create a new division to regulate all non-alcoholic intoxicating substance.
