And he asks for the complaint against him to be dismissed.
Grossberg is a Democrat from Louisville.
The Legislative Research Commission is now investigating him.
Weeks ago, the Lexington Herald-Leader reported that at least three women claim Grossberg sent them inappropriate text messages and his response released through his lawyer and a white.
Grossberg says those claims are just rumors.
He says the complaint against him doesn't even include copies of any inappropriate texts.
He says there is a text that discusses rumors about inappropriate communications.
And he says the complaint includes a newspaper article about the alleged texts.
He also disputes other claims mentioned in the complaint over the purchase of a used car, fund-raising phone calls and help he provided for a freshman member of the General Assembly.
Since the allegations became public.
House Democrats have removed Grossberg from the Democratic caucus, and this week he was removed from his interim committee assignments.
Grossberg, through his attorney, says that's disenfranchizing the voters he represents.
Grossberg is a candidate for reelection in November.
He is unopposed in.
