The San Bernardino Police Department hosts "Shop With a Cop" during the holidays. This unique shopping spree rewards children with the opportunity to purchase gifts with a police offer. The program builds positive relationships between law enforcement and the community. The participating children are identified by detectives in the Investigations Division.
