My friends will introduce me to one of their friends.

They'll say, "This is Steve.

He's the one that makes pepper sauce."

"Oh, hey!

How are you doing?

We've got that in our refrigerator."

and everybody's got stories.

We make Steve's Pepper Sauce.

It's made in Grand Rapids, Minnesota.

My peppers and onions are grown by Clayton's Produce in Grand Rapids.

So it's nice having a local grower that can get what I need.

He grows maybe 2,000, probably this year, 4,000 pounds of onions.

And I usually end up somewhere between two and three thousand pounds of peppers.

Do about 600 bottles at a time.

Sold around a quarter of a million bottles.

Getting bigger all the time and growing.

People seem to love it.

I've got some local distributors here.

Looking for more distributors.

I'd like to have a distributor in the Cities and greater Minnesota.

[bottles rattling] I like hot food and I like peppers.

We were kind of collecting hot sauces and then we made our own.

I eat hot sauce every day.
