I'm the music librarian here at the Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra So as you can see right now, we're storing everything vertically up and down in these kind of Manila folders.
This is kind of a space saving option, but it's just not great for paper to be stored this way.
It can kind of bend and fold and get crushed under other things.
We're in the process of moving to a flat storage.
Ideally, we are going to convert everything in the library to be stored in these flat folders that just open and your pieces in there, and it's ready to go.
