Anna, as student at South Medford High School, always been interested in public speaking, and when a friend introduced the idea of a speech and debate club in her sophomore year, she was thrilled to give it a chance. "Before I joined speech and debate, I was extremely shy and scared to express myself, but experiences with this club and the people in it have helped me to overcome this and thrive."
