Matthew McConnell, a senior at South Medford High School, has been very active in his school choir program, singing in the Chamber Choir and Vocal Jazz Ensembles. He has won numerous awards and participated in the Youth Choral Academy of the Oregon Bach Festival and the Rogue Valley Youth Choruses, singing in Cantare and Youth Ensemble. Matthew plans to pursue collegiate studies in music.
