South Medford High's Robotics team demonstrates their robotic creations
Five students were in the 2016 South Medford’s Robotics program. Seniors Gabe Sanborn, Jarret Nelson, and Josh Holzhauser; Sage Hopkins a junior; and Noa Tipton a sophomore. Together they won a few local and regional competitions and eventually qualified two teams for the state comptetition in Sandy, Oregon, a two-day tournament consisting of 55 teams. Team 1 got 31st and Team 2 got 25th.
