Stuffed Peppers is simple food but perfect with complex wines.
The first time I had Eluvium, a red blend wine, I was eating stuffed peppers. Such simple food and such complex wine. While I love Eluvium with all sorts of beef dishes, my heart goes back to the day I fell in love with it over a simple stuffed pepper. So good!
