Sue Altman leads the Working Families Alliance

One of the state’s most progressive activists wants to win back a congressional seat lost by Democrats to Republicans. Sue Altman, who leads New Jersey’s liberal-leaning Working Families Alliance, announced Wednesday she’s running to unseat U.S. Rep. Tom Kean Jr. in the 7th Congressional District, labeling Kean a career politician and “Donald Trump apologist.”
