Elementary students get high-intensity tutoring in math and literacy
A successful summer tutoring program is expanding this year, with the help of $1 million from the state budget. At the Boys & Girls Club of Trenton, learning math is part of summer camp activities offered by the New Jersey Tutoring Corps. The program, which focuses on grades K-5 focuses on accelerating learning recovery for students impacted by pandemic-related learning loss.
