Earlier this week, the Supreme Court certified the month-old ruling allowing the Biden administration to end the Migrant Protection Protocols policy, better known as “Remain in Mexico.” The policy was a cornerstone of former President Donald Trump’s border policy forcing migrants seeking asylum in the U.S. to wait in Mexico for hearings.
