The U.S. Supreme Court ruled religious hospitals don’t have to comply with federal rules.

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that religious hospitals don’t have to comply with federal rules protecting pension plans. The ruling means pension plans aren’t guaranteed and they don’t have to meet minimum funding requirements.
