Andrew Tabler, a senior fellow in the Program on Arab Politics at The Washington Institute, lived in Syria for seven years. Tabler joined Hari Sreenivasan via Skype to discuss the post-Civil War prospects for Bashar Assad’s regime. “This war,” Tabler said, “is not going to end — no matter what happens — in the next few days.”
