(bright music) - In order to take care of myself, I will get up every morning to take a shower.
- Wash my hair, wipe your face.
- I brush my teeth every day.
- Brush your teeth, yeah.
[electric toothbrush buzzing] - And I put on deodorant.
Yeah, and also take a shower too.
Those things help me look professional.
[co-workers chatting] - Also, I have to eat breakfast before you go to work every day.
- When I go to work, I should be prepared to do a good job.
(bright music continues) - I take care of myself.
By eating healthy.
By drinking water.
By getting sleep.
- I need to go to bed on time.
(person snores) - I should get at least eight hours of sleep.
(bright music continues) - Sometimes I need help!
- [Device] I need help.
- [Device] I need help.
- If I need help at work, I can ask somebody.
- If I need help, I can ask my job coach.
- I can ask my sister Kayley.
- What does this one say?
(bright music continues) - [Person] I get what you need to do.
(laughs) - Sometime I need to take a break.
- If I'm having a hard time at work, I can ask my boss if I can have a couple minutes.
- It's okay to take a break.
- You can tell your boss or you employees that you need a break.
That's what I do, I ask for a break.
Here we go.
- Edgar, you wanna help me clean the menus?
If I don't take care of myself, I could be tired and cranky at work.
- If I don't take care of myself, I won't do the best at my work.
(bright music continues) - Some days are hard.
Don't quit if they're hard.
Keep going, you got this, I believe in you.
