Behind the curtain at the American Shakespeare Center in Staunton, VA.
The American Shakespeare Center in Staunton is the only replication in the world of the Shakespeare's BlackFriars playhouse. Their mission is to recreate the physical and environmental theatre experience for current audiences as it was during Shakespeare's time. During their Actor's Renassiance season, ASC recreates the same Shakespeare experience for the ACTORS, a troupe of 12 actors.
