The House GOP tax bill proposes big changes, setting them up for some big political fights

House Republicans released the most sweeping proposal to overhaul the tax code in more than three decades. But however much Republicans want tax cuts, concerns about the deficit and other aspects of the bill mean that passage is not yet certain. Lisa Desjardins takes a detailed look at the bill’s proposed changes and what they mean for different Americans.
